Subscription Terms

Subscriptions may be purchased on the GO-RC! website or through supported app stores. Website subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe; Android in-app subscriptions are processed and managed by Google Play. We do not store or have access to full payment card details.

All prices are displayed inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate. A VAT receipt is available on request.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then.

14-Day Cooling-Off Right: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of your first purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not commenced use of the digital service. If you have already accessed paid features, your right to a full refund may be waived by your prior consent to early access.

To cancel, contact us at info@go-rc.uk or manage your subscription from your account settings.

RC Credits are earned through platform activity (daily logins, reviewing spots, streak milestones, etc.) and may be redeemed against merchandise in the GO-RC! Shop.

Spot discovery bonus: When another member marks a spot you added as visited, you earn 1 RC Credit — a thank-you for helping the community find great places to drive.

Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused credits are forfeited on account closure.

The credit earn rates and redemption values shown on the Credits page are indicative and may be adjusted at any time with reasonable notice.

Creating an account is free. Free members can browse every spot on the map and mark spots as visited — no payment is required to track where you've driven.

To mark a spot as visited you must be physically within 200 metres of it. We use your device's GPS location only when you tap "Mark Visited" or use "Find my location" on the map, and only with your permission. Your precise location is used in-app to confirm proximity and is not stored on our servers.

You can withdraw location permission at any time from your device settings. Reviewing spots, adding spots and uploading photos remain paid Elite features.

Live Check-In lets members signal they are physically at a spot right now, so others can see where's busy on the map in real time.

To check in you must be within 200 metres of the spot (verified by your device GPS). A check-in automatically expires after 2 hours if you don't check out manually — no action needed.

Everyone stays anonymous. Only a generated RC nickname is ever shown. Free members can check in and check out at spots. Elite members can additionally see the live "busy" aura and counts on the map, plus the generated anonymous nicknames of who is currently at a spot. No real names, emails, or precise locations of other members are ever shared.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices or features. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email and in-app notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current period.

GO RC Spots Ltd is the operator of GO-RC! and the contracting party for all subscriptions. These subscription terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
