Subscription Terms

Your subscription contract is with GO-RC! Spots Ltd, company number 17327551, registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

If you purchase through Google Play or another supported app store, that store also applies its own billing, cancellation and refund terms. Those platform terms do not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

GO-RC! Elite is offered as an auto-renewing digital subscription in supported markets. Depending on country and purchase channel, billing options and prices may differ.

Website subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. Android in-app subscriptions are processed and managed by Google Play. Any future iOS in-app subscription will be processed and managed through Apple's App Store where required.

The price, currency, billing period and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm purchase. App-store prices may vary by country or region because of local taxes, exchange rates and storefront pricing.

We do not store full payment-card details.

Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year unless cancelled before the next renewal is processed.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless applicable law or the billing provider gives you an earlier remedy, paid access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Google Play: manage or cancel through Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling GO-RC! does not by itself cancel a Google Play subscription.

Website / Stripe: use the subscription-management option in your GO-RC! account where available, or contact info@go-rc.uk.

If you are a UK consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within a 14-day period, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions.

If you expressly request that Elite service begins during a statutory withdrawal period, the consequences of withdrawing after service has started are determined by applicable law. Where legally permitted, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for service already supplied. We will not treat use of Elite features by itself as a blanket waiver of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

To exercise a statutory withdrawal right for a website purchase, email info@go-rc.uk with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Include the email address on your GO-RC! account, the purchase date and, if available, the order or transaction reference.

For an app-store purchase, you may also use the store's cancellation or refund process. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

GO-RC! is currently operated and commercially offered in the United Kingdom and United States. Website checkout is currently UK-only; supported United States Android subscriptions are purchased through Google Play.

GO-RC may retain spot or event records in other countries for future expansion, but those records do not by themselves mean that GO-RC offers paid subscriptions in those countries.

Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or state are not excluded by these terms.

Complimentary Elite is promotional feature access, not an auto-renewing paid subscription. No card is required, no paid subscription starts automatically, and there is nothing to cancel. When complimentary access expires, the account returns to Free unless you actively choose to buy Elite.

Any separate promotional discount, introductory price or offer will state its duration, eligibility and the price that applies afterwards before purchase.

We may change subscription prices or the content of a plan where reasonably necessary, for example because of taxes, exchange rates, service costs, product development or legal requirements.

Price changes for existing app-store subscriptions are handled using the applicable store's notice and consent mechanisms. Where the law or billing platform requires your consent to a price increase, the subscription will not renew at the higher price without the required consent.

Where advance notice is required, we will provide it through the app, email, billing provider or another durable method as appropriate. You can cancel before a change takes effect.

We will not rely on continued use alone as consent where applicable law or the billing provider requires an affirmative acceptance.

We aim to provide GO-RC! with reasonable care and skill and to keep paid digital features materially consistent with the description shown when you subscribe, subject to lawful updates and changes disclosed under these terms.

If the paid digital service is faulty, unavailable for a material period, or otherwise does not conform to mandatory legal requirements, you may have rights to correction, price reduction, termination or refund under the law applicable to you. These statutory remedies are not excluded by these terms.

RC Credits are earned through eligible platform activity and may be redeemed only in the ways shown within GO-RC!.

Credits are promotional loyalty units, have no cash value, are not transferable for money and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused credits may be forfeited on account closure where permitted by law.

Earn rates and redemption values may be adjusted prospectively with reasonable notice. Changes will not remove statutory rights.

Where the app offers a Bash Bot redemption, the currently displayed test model is 2 RC Credits for 10 additional Bash Bot questions, subject to the limits shown in the app. Additional questions obtained through a redemption are promotional service-use units, not money or stored monetary value. A redemption is confirmed before credits are deducted.

The current Bash Bot design provides a daily free-question allowance and may limit the number of credit redemptions in a day. Redeemed additional questions may remain available until used rather than expiring with the daily free allowance, as shown by the member's in-app balance.

Creating an account and browsing available Free features does not require an Elite subscription.

Some location-dependent actions require you to be within the proximity radius displayed by GO-RC! and require device-location permission. Location permissions can be withdrawn through your device settings.

Submitting new RC spots, reviewing spots and uploading applicable spot content may be Elite-access features. Active Complimentary Elite members receive the applicable Elite feature permissions only for the duration of their complimentary access.

Live Check-In lets members indicate that they are at a listed spot. Eligibility is verified using the device location at the time of the action.

Check-ins expire automatically after the period shown in GO-RC! unless checked out earlier. Public-facing live activity uses GO-RC! member identifiers rather than publishing a member's email address or exact device coordinates.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. United States subscriptions are also subject to the United States Subscription Supplement where applicable.
