By adding a spot to GO-RC!, you — the submitter — confirm that you have personally assessed the location and believe it to be reasonably safe and appropriate for RC vehicle use at the time of submission.

You accept sole responsibility for ensuring that any location you add is legally accessible, that you have the right to be present there, and that flying or operating an RC vehicle at that location does not breach any local bylaws, private land restrictions, or public safety regulations.

GO-RC! does not verify, inspect, or endorse any submitted location. Conditions at any spot may change at any time without notice.

GO RC Spots Ltd (operators of GO-RC!), its founders, developers, administrators, and contributors expressly disclaim all liability for:

• Damage to RC vehicles, batteries, electronics, or related equipment
• Damage to third-party property including vehicles, structures, or land
• Loss or theft of personal property at any listed location
• Injury or harm to the user, bystanders, animals, or any other party
• Trespass, fines, or legal consequences resulting from visiting a listed spot
• Any inaccuracy, outdatedness, or incorrectness in spot information

This disclaimer applies regardless of whether any damage or loss arises from negligence, reliance on user-submitted information, or any other cause connected with the use of this platform.

All spot listings, reviews, photos, and ratings are submitted by community members and do not represent the views or endorsements of GO-RC!. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem unsafe, inappropriate, or in breach of these terms.

If you believe a listed location is dangerous, inaccessible, or should be removed, please contact us immediately so it can be reviewed.

All photos must comply with the following strict guidelines before being approved and displayed on GO-RC!:

• No people or animals — Photos must not contain any identifiable persons, faces, or animals (including pets, livestock, birds, etc.)
• RC vehicles only — Focus on RC cars, tracks, terrain, and facilities
• High quality — Photos should be clear, well-lit, and representative of the spot
• Safe and appropriate — No explicit, offensive, or illegal content
• Ownership — You must own the copyright to all photos you submit

Approval process: All submitted photos are reviewed by our moderation team before being published. This ensures all content meets community standards and guidelines. Photos that violate these rules will be rejected with notes explaining why.

It is the sole responsibility of each user to verify that a location is legally accessible before visiting. The presence of a spot on this platform does not constitute permission to access private land or override any trespass laws.

Always observe local regulations, respect landowners, and follow the Countryside Code. Some areas may require permits for RC vehicle operation.

The GO-RC! Monthly Prize Draw is a free membership perk available exclusively to active Elite members. There is no separate charge to enter the draw and tickets cannot be purchased.

• Eligibility: Entry is automatic for all active Elite members. An Elite membership subscription is required to participate.
• Free entry: Each Elite member receives one entry per monthly draw at no additional cost beyond their standard subscription fee.
• Entry period: Entries close at the end of the calendar month preceding each draw. The draw is held mid-month.
• Draw & winner: A winner is selected at random from all eligible entries. The decision is final.
• Prize: The prize is announced ahead of each draw and may vary month to month. No cash alternative is available.
• Proof of entry: Each Elite member is issued a unique ticket number visible on their profile as proof of entry.
• Postage: Prizes are posted to UK addresses only. Winners must provide a valid UK delivery address. Overseas winners may be asked to arrange a UK forwarding address or an alternative may be agreed at GO-RC!'s discretion.
• Notification: Winners are notified by email and in-app. If a winner cannot be contacted, a redraw may take place.

This draw is operated as a membership benefit and does not constitute a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005, as entry is free to members and no payment is required to participate.

Go-RC is a community-driven platform designed to help RC enthusiasts discover RC spots, stores, clubs, tracks and other locations relevant to the hobby.

Some locations displayed on Go-RC may have been submitted by members of the community or sourced from publicly available information. A listing on Go-RC does not imply that the owner, operator, business or organisation is affiliated with, partnered with, sponsored by or has endorsed Go-RC unless this is specifically stated.

Requesting Removal

If you are the owner, operator or authorised representative of a store, RC club, track, venue or other listed location and you do not wish for your location or organisation to appear on Go-RC, you may request that the listing is removed.

Please email info@go-rc.uk with the subject line:

REQUEST SPOT REMOVAL

Please include:

• The name of the store, club, venue or location.
• The address or location of the listing.
• Your name and your relationship to the store, club, venue or location.
• A brief explanation of your request.
• Where reasonably required, information allowing us to verify that you are authorised to make the request.

Once we have received and verified a valid removal request, we will aim to remove the relevant listing within a reasonable period.

Community-Submitted Locations

Go-RC users may submit locations that they believe are suitable or relevant for RC use. The appearance of a location within Go-RC does not constitute permission to access or use that location.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to use a location and must comply with any applicable laws, access restrictions, opening hours, local rules and instructions from landowners, businesses, clubs or venue operators.

If a landowner, business, club or authorised representative informs us that RC use is not permitted at a location, Go-RC may remove, restrict or amend the listing.

Removal and Modification of Listings

Go RC Spots Limited reserves the right to remove, amend, suspend or restrict any spot, store, club, track, venue or other listing where we reasonably consider it appropriate, including where:

• The information is inaccurate or misleading.
• The location is private or access is restricted.
• RC use is prohibited.
• A legitimate owner or operator requests removal.
• The listing could create a safety, legal or access issue.
• The listing breaches Go-RC's terms, policies or community standards.

Removal of a listing from Go-RC does not prevent information about the same location from existing on third-party websites, mapping services or other platforms.
