GO-RC! Child Safety Standards
GO-RC! and GO RC SPOTS LTD have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Zero Tolerance
GO-RC! prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, distribution, solicitation, promotion or facilitation of any content or behaviour involving the sexual abuse, exploitation or endangerment of children.
Prohibited Activity
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming a child for sexual purposes
- Sexual exploitation of children
- Sextortion involving children
- Sexual trafficking or exploitation of children
- Soliciting sexual images or sexual content from a child
- Sharing, requesting or distributing sexual imagery involving children
- Using GO-RC! to facilitate behaviour that places a child at risk of sexual abuse or exploitation
Content, accounts or activity found to violate these standards may be removed, restricted or suspended.
Action & Reporting to Authorities
Where GO-RC! becomes aware of suspected child sexual abuse material or child sexual exploitation, GO RC SPOTS LTD will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This may include removing relevant content, restricting or suspending accounts, preserving information where legally appropriate and reporting confirmed cases to the appropriate law-enforcement or child-safety authority.
GO-RC! provides users with an in-app mechanism for reporting inappropriate content, behaviour, accounts or other safety concerns. Reports involving potential child sexual abuse or exploitation will be treated as a priority.
